Links in a business is different than creativity (wow that's profound)...capitalism contradiction is wanting individual units to link while at the same time wanting dividing lines...so to find the balance which basically comes down to incentivizing...what is the personal gain?...but this can only be practiced by the capitalist and not the worker on a daily business...the constant cost benefit analysis...was it worth it?...and a life spent wondering if it was worth it ain't much of a life any how...so forget it.

Oh oh lovely lucre.
